FlavaTherm® is a unique range of high quality flavours introduced in 2011.

FlavaTherm® flavours have been developed to protect protecting volatile flavour components from the process conditions in operation while delivering full flavour to end products. This protection aids manufacturers deliver flavour to baked and fried goods, extruded products, sauces and dips, and many other applications. FlavaTherm® flavours also deliver flavour to products where conditions are less aggressive.

FlavaTherm uses a specific yeast cell to encapsulate volatile flavour oils. FlavaTherm® yeast cells are highly robust capsules and protect the flavour oil from elevated temperatures and pressures. FlavaTherm® flavours are highly concentrated and therefore require very little to deliver full flavour impact.
